BFCSD Garden Party Followup

Our first Garden Party Luncheon and Rescue Raffle was a well attended and  successful event, earning nearly $600 for Bichon Rescue groups. A BIG THANK YOU goes out to Gene Mills for arranging for us to have a nice tent, tables and chairs on the grass and under the huge trees. Not a nicer spot could have been found to enjoy the day’s events.

With tables fashioned by Raffle items and a large array of delicious picnic foods. Thanking Mary Ellen Mills, for arranging the luncheon being followed up by a “job well done” going to our Rescue Raffle Master Michael Clayton and his assistants Sandy Phillips, Bill Johnston and Sandy Fishell for organizing the donations, selling raffle tickets and awarding the prizes.  Yet again Linda Rowe stepped forward waving her magic wand setting all in motion for a perfectly planned and produced event.

Flying in to support the show and Garden Party was Laura Winston and her dog “Finley”. Laura followed up by sending pictures of the afternoon events to be shared.

Congratulations to all the Conformation winners as well.  It was nice to see so many receiving ribbons.

BOB (and Group 3) went to GCH Karmel’s Banana in PajamasPJ” and he was awarded the Folding Chair prize.  BOS and Picnic Basket prize went to Scarlet’s In The Midst of Hollyhock “Misty”.
